feat: vmsuite.sh and the cli suite: G1-G3, F1-F7 of TESTPLAN.md as unattended checks

Each block in share/vmtest/<suite>/ starts from a fresh ssh-ready snapshot, gets a
Plasma session environment over ssh (the theme item needs one) and prints PASS/FAIL
lines. ONLY=<prefix> runs one block. 55 checks pass on the plain CachyOS VM.
