Subject: [PATCH] GNOME theme: install the prebuilt GNOME Settings with the
 Desktop panel

Downloaded from the steamify-gnome-theme 'settings' release (built by GitHub
Actions on current Arch, rebuilt weekly), checked against its sha256, installed
with pacman -U --ask 4. A failure only warns and keeps the stock Settings;
disabling the theme puts the stock gnome-control-center back.
