feat: Pin the kernel to 7.1.6-1 on a Steam Machine
Sub-option of Steam Machine support, ticked along with it: newer CachyOS kernels make the Steam Machine reboot instead of shutting down. Packages are kept in /var/cache/steamify/kernel and reinstalled from there; else pacman's cache, the CachyOS archive or mirror, or PINNED_KERNEL_URL.
