Update its repo-root path and all references (workflow, README, AGENTS.md).

theupriser 9d27239d00 ci: Version and changelog in the release notes 
- Release title shows VERSION; notes include that version's CHANGELOG.md section.
- Rename a variable in steamos-extras.sh that shellcheck confused with lib/state.sh's array in the bundle.

theupriser d654d44b6a fix: Single-file build for curl, published by GitHub Actions 
tools/bundle.sh inlines lib/ into one script; the workflow builds and
checks it on every push and PR, and on main publishes it to the rolling
"latest" release. Piped in via curl, it reattaches the terminal so the
menu keeps working.
