Peter Jung 0f91b1e4c4 Cleanup, remove unused profiles and rename kde to desktop (#25) 
* Cleanup, remove unused profiles and rename kde to desktop

The Gnome, Wayfire and Openbox DE's are not used anymore on our ISO, so lets clean it up.

Also, lets change away from "kde" Edition to "Desktop" Edition to make it more clear to users.
