- iso-release.yml -> iso-1-github-tag.yml (ISO 1/2: tag and release, GitHub)
- steamify-iso.yml -> iso-2-gitea-build.yml (ISO 2/2: build and publish, Gitea)
- the mirror sync takes its URL and token from GIT_UPRISER_URL / GIT_UPRISER_TOKEN and retries
- docs and comments follow the new names
steamify-prepare.sh fetches it with curl -o, which doesn't carry the
executable bit, and profiledef.sh's file_permissions never listed this
path. calamares-online.sh execs it directly ("$sbin" --defaults --list)
to regenerate Items.qml/items.json at boot; without +x that failed
silently (stderr redirected), so items.json was never written and the
Summary step's prettyStatus() override always fell back to the raw,
comma-joined id list.
This not only saves users from hard choices at boot, but also saves us
from a bunch of workarounds to avoid conflicts with Nouveau.
Should fix most of the black screen issues when booting ISO (but it's
not for sure...)

Ventoy does currently make issues, when used together with systemd-boot on UEFI. It all time results into a not bootable image.
Grub2 Ventoy mode does work, but this is not a good solution. Lets wait until this is fixed and go back to systemd-boot, when its possible.
